2019 BFA THESIS VISUAL IDENTITY

For the past two semesters of my senior year, I have been creating a visual identity for the undergraduate thesis show at Boston University with fellow seniors (and good friends) Sam West and Jami Rubin.

The idea for Spectacle came about after considering windows as our central imagery. Looking out a window is often a motif of the unknown, foreshadowing our transition into the “outside” world. It can also function as a lens or new way of viewing something (“through a window”).

Considering this idea of lenses, we landed on using the duality of the word “spectacle” as a central theme for this show. More to come soon!
